What is NOFO?

The CoC Notice of Funding Opportunity (NOFO) is a HUD sponsored funding program that awards non-profit providers with funds to help with homelessness, domestic violence and disadvantaged youth. Funds are awarded based on a collaborative application process.

Final Ranking for FY2022 HUD CoC Program NOFO - Out Wayne County

The Out-Wayne County CoC has approved the final ranking of renewal and bonus projects to be submitted as part of the submission to HUD for the FY2022 CoC Program NOFO.  Over $8 million in funding is being requested to support projects providing housing, services and planning activities for people in our community experiencing or at risk of homelessness.

Request for Proposals for the FY2022 HUD CoC NOFO Local Funding Competition – New & Renewal Project Ranking Protocol

The Out-Wayne County Continuum of Care (the “Out-Wayne CoC”) is soliciting proposals for new and renewal projects in response to the FY 2022 HUD Notice of Funding Opportunity (NOFO) for the Continuum of Care (“CoC”) Program. The Out-Wayne CoC’s Request for Proposals will be referred to as the “RFP” throughout this document: HUD CoC Local Funding Competition Out-Wayne RFP for FY 2022

Applications must be by the following deadlines:

Renewals: August 26, 2022 3:00 PM

New Projects/Bonus Funding: August 26, 2022 3:00 PM

CoC Supplemental NOFO to Address Unsheltered and Rural Homelessness

HUD announced $322 million in competitive funding is available to communities to address unsheltered and rural homelessness.

Applications must be submitted no later than October 20, 2022 8:00 PM EDT
